 Below are some of the projects that we have delivered for the benefit of Visitor Servicing in New South Wales.

NSW Traveller's Guide

Published by The Tourism Group and supported by Destination NSW, the Travellers Guide to New South Wales is designed to promote the network of Accredited Visitor Information Centres (AVICs) located throughout NSW and to assist travellers with a comprehensive touring guide and directory of AVICs. The new A4 second edition of the annual guide will be available free at AVICs and they include touring information across all of NSW together with the pick of NSW Road Trips. As a directory of all NSW AVICs, the guide provides the Top 5 activities or attractions for each destination and the foldout map and facilities chart provides travellers with the essential tools for touring and where to seek information.

Free WiFi at NSW AVICs

The Tourism Group provides advice, installation and support services to the NSW Accredited Visitor Information Centres network for their WiFi system. Free WiFi is a vital addition to the visitor services provided by AVICs and is an important factor for encouraging visitors to use AVICs and to consequently leading to engagement on other services and advice provided. It can be a catalyst for visitors to learn more about a destination and stay longer in the region. TTG provides the hardware, installation and support services.

NSW Maps

Despite consumers’ access to maps on their devices, most visitors still like to plan their travel by referring to a printed map. With funding and support from Destination NSW, TTG has arranged for large-scale printed maps that plot the position of all Accredited Visitor Information Centres in NSW for use and display in AVICs.

Visitor Information Centre Promotion Materials

The distinctive yellow and blue symbol of an Accredited Visitor Information Centre is the hallmark of quality information that travellers rely upon all around the world. Ensuring that this registered symbol is used correctly and to assist visitors with identifying AVICs we provide a range of promotional materials, signage, feather banners and flags that have the approved branding.
