For over 20 years, The Tourism Group has delivered on customer and visitor services for various parts of the tourism industry from front line to local government councils, associations, regional, state and national tourism organisations and the Government.

Our journey in visitor services commenced at the Brisbane Airport, operating the accredited Visitor Information Centres at the International and Domestic Terminals, meeting all arriving flights (International Terminal), 365 days of the year, and then the Brisbane Airport Ambassador Program. This began our love for visitor services which expanded our portfolio:
