The Melbourne Airport (MEL) Visitor Services commences on 1 July 2025, and includes:

Located at the services counter in the International Terminal 2, adjacent to the Skybus kiosk, the MEL Visitor Services will incorporate:

  • Accredited Visitor Information Centre, Open 7 days, 5am-midnight
  • Customer Care Volunteer Program
  • Lost Property, open 7 days, collection 8am-8pm
  • General Enquiries

MEL Visitor Services will operate from the customer facing Visitor Centre, available to travellers and visitors to the terminal as well as staff and tenants on airport. This will including the receipt of all lost & logged items and the pick-up of lost items.
